🌿 San Luis Obispo & California Telehealth
You don't have to have it all figured out to ask for help.
Therapy for college students, young adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, relationship stress, big life changes, and everything in between, without the stuffy, clinical vibe.
Sound familiar?
Real life doesn't come with a manual.

Hi, I’m Shannon
You know that friend, the one you can call after a hard day, the one who actually listens, the one who doesn't flinch at the messy parts? That's the kind of therapist I like to be.
I’m So Grateful You're Here
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation. I'm not here to hand you a checklist or tell you what to feel. I'm here to help you make sense of your experiences, trust yourself more, and find your footing, whatever that looks like for you.
I work with teens (12+), adults, and families, navigating everything from anxiety and depression to chronic illness, trauma, life transitions, and the quiet weight of just feeling stuck. So if this sounds like you, I might be the person to call.

Therapeutic fit matters more than most people realize. A bad experience doesn't mean therapy can't work — it may just mean the fit wasn't right. The consultation exists exactly for this reason. Come with your doubts. I welcome them.
